How to kiss/tell him i like him?

okay so i really like this guy and he lives across the street from me we go to diffrent schools but we have been knowing eachother for 3 yrs now. i have another gurl that lives next door to me n she said that he likes me. do i ask him if he likes me? or do i tell him that i like him? and if he does like me we might kiss cuz hes that kind of guy. it will be my first kiss so... how do i do it? how do i hint that i want to kiss him? ik that your supposed to look at his lips than his eyes but anything else after that? and after what do i say? and please dont say anything mean! thanks!

What are scattered thunderstorms?

So the forcast has been saying scattered t-storms all week, but the weather has actually been pretty mild, maybe just a small storm in the evening. My birthday is on thursday, and of course, the forecast is scattered t-storms. I was wondering if the weather will be similar to the past few days that i just described, or if it will be really stormy. and what exactly are scattered t-storms?

Passport for Southern Caribbean cruise?

My family is going on a southern Caribbean cruise; do we need to have passports. We are departing from San Juan and going to St. Maarten, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, and Barbados. We are going on Carnival Cruise Lines if that matters.

Is it worth travelling to the Yellowstone National Park in current stormy weather?

Appreciate some insight from the local folks or similar experiences. I've an upcoming planned vacation (LA to YSNP, WY) from 11-Jun to 18-Jun with 2 kids (2 and 7 yrs). The weather seems to be very harsh with ongoing snow, thunder storms and rain. I'm not sure if it is as bad at the entire park as it seems from the weather sites? The airline will charge $150 change fee per ticket. I'm trying to make an informed decision. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

What does this weird dream about?

so i had this dream that went on forever. it started out with me at someone's party, in a house i've never been in, with people i don't know. then i met this beautiful girl and started talking to her, and she said that i'd need her help soon or something. so i got her number and went outside for some reason and ended up walking around in a strange town i just cant describe because it was so weird looking. i get lost and try to find my way back, but it seems as though the area keeps changing and i can't go back to one place. i tried to call the girl i just met but when i pull up her number on my phone it deletes itself. so i keep trying to find her and run into some thugs who chase me down. i run in a fountain to hide, and i look down and see the water turned into knee-deep embers and my legs catch fire. i try to put them out but my whole body catches fire. then suddenly i jumped and started flying, putting out the flames. i flew for what seemed like hours to a new city in the daytime and my flight powers stop working, as i fall to what seems like my death. i survive the fall and find my car sitting in an empty parking lot. so i departed for home, and along the highway, i run into a police barricade. a complete ogre of a cop that made michael clark duncan look like a puppy dog comes out and threatens to kill me if i have weed in the car. i didnt. but he said he had weed planted at my house and if they get to it before i get rid of it, i'll be burned alive. i dont remember anything else, just a frantic race home, and some good guy cop trying to protect me from the arriving cops at the bad one's command. what is the meaning of this nonsense?
